As part of a newly established global alliances team for a Big 4 company, I established a global portfolio of alliance partners and product offerings to improve cross-border collaboration.

Developed a global portfolio of 120+ vendors and 900+ digital products from 44 member firms, to enable cross-and-upsell opportunities.

Developed sales collateral and success stories to assist sales enablement.

Designed an investment assessment tool that could be matched with product offerings, to facilitate consulting that remains objective and vendor-agnostic, to the benefit of clients. This tool allowed the firm to identify double investments and provide clarity on the full suite of available offerings to international clients.
